Every one of us begins an adult life with a small financial experience. As soon as we feel more self-reliant we think of making expensive purchases, like a car or a house though they are too expensive to pay for them at once.
At this thought we usually decide to take a loan or apply for a credit card. But if it happens so that we are refused, we think we are the unhappiest people all over the world. Is it really the right reaction to your being
denied one of the 0% credit cards or even no credit history credit cards?
Let's find the answer to this question.
In the majority of cases of refusal the main reason is your bad credit rating. Instant credit card approval is not implied in such cases. You may wonder how your credit history can be bad if you have never used a credit card before. How can you spoil your credit score, if you have not missed any credit card bill yet?
Such questions are logical for a young and inexperienced consumer who has heard of credit cards from a lot of credit-related articles and news. However, asking such a question a future cardholder misses one significant
point. As a matter of fact, your credit score is built before you apply for a plastic and can be spoilt by different factors.
For instance, if you have a cell phone, you are expected to make monthly payments for your talks. But if you fail do it, no matter for what reason, it inevitably spoils your credit history and credit rating.
Therefore, if you do not qualify for best credit cards, the only way to pay for your expenses is cash. It's not that awful as it may seem. Your bad credit history can save you from an unpleasant thing connected with plastics, and that is credit card debt.
However, missing the payments of your bills is not a way out, and in reality a lot of cardholders fall into debts because of ignorance of credit card rules. Moreover, it's a usual practice of consumers to keep away from the things they do not know. But is that right?
There are different stories from cardholders – some start with a good credit score and afterwards fall into heavy debts. Others have poor credit but enjoy paying cash instead of taking loans.
It is explained by the fact that if a person is not looking for something better than he has, he is satisfied with it.
As for credit cards, they can be really a good tool for you, if you do not mishandle them. And even if you have no interest credit cards, you shouldn't forget about your bills and pay before the end of the period.
So, if you wish to have a good credit rating, you should stick to all credit card rules, otherwise your poor credit may darken your life. It's you only who make all financial decisions and try to make the right ones.
